Cool, I especially like the grappling ball drills, I'm going to have to try some of those! We do something in class similar to the chess drill, but we just call it slow rolling.
good choice of videos. i like the first one with the animal drills. that guy makes it look really easy. i'm sure that it is not. i like the judo video too. we practiced the very last throw on Tuesday.
